Brad Pitt bought a house in Los Feliz, California, in 1994, with intentions to extend his estate by purchasing several more homes nearby. Cassandra Peterson, a well-known actress well known for her role as Elvira in various films and television series, finally bought his Hollywood Hills mansion.

It was later found, however, that Pitt had purchased the property from a 90-year-old man who had recently lost his wife and had given an offer for him to live there without paying rent until he died.

Pitt’s long-time neighbor, Peterson, thanked him for his charity to the old guy and to her. She said that the actor was always friendly and cordial to her, and that he even made her happy when working on the estate’s “Fight Club” film while working out in his garden with a punching bag. Pitt and his then-wife, Angelina Jolie, and their six children resided in the mansion until their divorce in 2016. He lived alone at the mansion for several years until selling it in March 2021 for $39 million.

Friends say Pitt sold the house to relocate to the gorgeous coastal town of Carmel in Northern California, where he has already spent $40 million on a new mansion.
